Creative Approvals
At Clear Channel, the Programmatic Account Management team is responsible for viewing and approving or denying any creatives that come in through the Programmatic channels before they can “win” in the RTB system and play on digital airport displays.
We had a first version of this product, but it wasn’t working for our users. Each creative had its own page, rather than creatives being grouped together by campaign. Additionally, the format of a table was clunky, and didn’t make sense for data that was mainly associated with a photo.
The programmatic team was looking for a quick win, and it seemed to me that the frustrations of the user could be alleviated with a simple but effective UI change – organize the information in cards rather than tables and cells.
